Fill The Frame!

Filling the frame basically invloves getting closer and having the subject touch the edges of your picture.
Using this method minimized the chaos in the background which take the attention away from the subject.
This method could also help you pay attention to the details of your main subject.
If your subject is going past the edges then that is a sign you are actually filling the frame.
By filling the frame you get to expiriment with compisition and details in your subject. So I would recommend this method!
